Penerapan Green Home Elements pada Hunian di Kawasan Suburban dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Tingkat Stres Ibu Muda

Lingkungan hunian merupakan salah satu faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap kesehatan psikologis penghuni. Penerapan Green Home Elements diyakini mampu menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih sehat, nyaman, dan mendukung kesejahteraan penghuni. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan Green Home Elements pada hunian di kawasan suburban serta mengkaji keterkaitannya dengan tingkat stres ibu muda. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 31 ibu muda berusia 20–40 tahun yang telah berkeluarga, memiliki anak, dan berdomisili di kawasan suburban. Jumlah responden diperoleh melalui purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria penelitian dan mencakup responden yang memenuhi kriteria selama periode pengumpulan data. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri atas 15 indikator Green Home Elements dan instrumen Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji korelasi Pearson, dan regresi linear sederhana. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi lima dimensi Green Home Elements, yaitu natural lighting, ventilation, vegetation, indoor air quality, dan visual connection, dengan pengukuran stres menggunakan PSS-10 pada ibu muda yang tinggal di hunian suburban dalam konteks Indonesia.
