Manajemen Fisioterapi Post Sectio Caesarea atas indikasi Pre-eklampsia Berat (PEB)

Abstract

Sectio caesarea adalah prosedur kelahiran melalui sayatan pada dinding abdomen dan uterus, biasanya dilakukan untuk menangani komplikasi obstetrik. Angka kejadian tindakan ini terus meningkat secara global. Post sectio caesarea, pasien umumnya mengalami nyeri, oedem, dan penurunan kekuatan otot yang dapat menghambat aktivitas fungsional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen fisioterapi post sectio caesarea atas indikasi pre-eklampsia berat. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus yang dilakukan pada perempuan usia 36 tahun dengan diagnosis post sectio caesarea yang dilakukan atas indikasi pre-eklampsia berat. Kemudian diberikan intervensi fisioterapi berupa breathing exercise, ankle pumping, pelvic tilting, pelvic floor exercise, dan latihan mobilisasi. Hasil menunjukkan penurunan nyeri gerak dari skor 8 menjadi 4, penurunan oedem yang diukur pada ankle dextra dari 55,5 cm menjadi 52 cm, dan dari 55 cm menjadi 51,5 cm pada ankle sinistra, serta peningkatan kemampuan fungsional, yaitu dari dominan kategori ketergantungan penuh menjadi dominan kategori mandiri dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Intervensi fisioterapi yang diberikan pada pasien post sectio caesarea berdampak positif dalam menurunkan intensitas nyeri, mengurangi oedem, serta meningkatkan kemampuan fungsional pasien dalam menjalani aktivitas sehari-hari.
