Pelayanan HIV Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 : Scoping Review

Kebijakan physical distancing menyebabkan kegiatan pelayanan Kesehatan menjadi terhambat karena larangan keluar rumah pada saat lockdown atau penutupan wilayah demi mengurangi penularan Covid 19. Kebijakan ini mempengaruhi kegiatan di pelayanan Kesehatan yang salah satunya pelayanan HIV. Pelayanan HIV mengalmai beberapa hambatan dari pelayanan tes HIV sampai ke pemantauan kepatuhan konsumsi obat ARV di masa pandemic. Munculnya beberapa kabijakan pelayanan HIV menggunakan telemedicine dan telehealth juga telah diterapkan di beberapa negara. Tujuan: untuk menyimpulkan dan menggali terkait dampak COVID-19 terhadap pelayanan HIV selama masa pandemic. Metode: Metode tinjauan literatur scoping review ini mengadaptasi penulisan menggunakan framework PRISMA-ScR checklist terbit tahun 2021 dengan kriteria inkluasi dan eksklusi. Hasil: Tinjauan literature ini telah melakukan skrining artikel dari tiga database sebanyak 1.010 artikel, kemudian ditemukan 10 artikel terpilih yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan dieliminasi sesuai dengan kriteri eksklusi. Alur eliminasi artikel telah digambarkan secara ringkas menggunakan diagram PRISMA flowchart. 10 artikel terpilih kemudian dilakukan penilaian kelayakan menggunakan bantuan tool dari JBI. Selanjutya untuk menggali terkait skrining HIV pada wanita hamil penulis menemukan 3 tema pada studi literature ini. Tema pada tinjauan literature ini antara lain adalah pelayanan HIV masa pandemic, hambatan dan penggunaan telehealth. Kesimpulan: meskipun dalam proses pelaksanaannya penggunaan media telehealth ini memberikan beberapa dampak positif yang diterima oleh pengguna layanan.
