Abstract

 Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) merupakan jenis virus yang menginfeksi sel darah putih dan melemahkan sistem kekebalan tubuh manusia. Selanjutnya Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) adalah kondisi yang disebabkan oleh melemahnya sistem kekebalan tubuh akibat infeksi HIV. Tujuan: untuk menyimpulkan dan menggali terkait skrining HIV pada wanita hamil. Metode: Metode tinjauan literatur scoping review ini mengadaptasi penulisan menggunakan framework PRISMA-ScR checklist dan diseleksi denga kriteria inklusi dan kriteria eksklusi. Hasil: Tinjauan literature ini telah melakukan skrining artikel dari tiga database sebanyak 1.070 artikel, kemudian ditemukan 10 artikel terpilih yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan dieliminasi sesuai dengan kriteri eksklusi. Alur eliminasi artikel telah digambarkan secara ringkas menggunakan diagram PRISMA flowchart. 10 artikel terpilih kemudian dilakukan penilaian kelayakan menggunakan bantuan tool dari JBI. Selanjutya untuk menggali terkait skrining HIV pada wanita hamil penulis menemukan 3 tema pada studi literature ini. Tema pada tinjauan literature ini antara lain adalah hasil tes HIV pada wanita hamil dan dua tema diantaranya merupakn faktor yang berhubungan skrining HIV pada wanita hamil yaitu faktor sosio demografi dan faktor kesehatan. Kesimpulan: dari 10 literatur terpilih, maka temuan tinjauan artikel ini peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa tingkat kejadian HIV banyak terjadi di negara berkembang. Adanya isu jender juga ditemukan pada tinjauan literature ini bahwa banyaknya pelayanan skrining HIV hanya berfokus pada wanita hamil. Selanjutnya pada temuan juga mengemukakan bahwa wanita hamil yang tinggal bersama pasangan masih terus aktif melakkukan hubungan seksual dapat menjadi salah satu faktor kejadian temuan kasus baru.
