Analisis Spasial Cakupan Jangkauan Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat di Kabupaten Seruyan Menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola spasial cakupan jangkauan fasilitas kesehatan tingkat puskesmas di Kabupaten Seruyan, Kalimantan Tengah, dengan memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) sebagai instrumen evaluasi keruangan. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan melalui analisis statistik spasial menggunakan metode Average Nearest Neighbor (ANN) untuk mengukur kecenderungan pola persebaran, Mean Center untuk menentukan titik pusat distribusi, Standard Distance guna melihat radius sebaran, dan Standard Deviational Ellipse untuk mengidentifikasi orientasi persebaran terhadap struktur ruang wilayah. Data yang digunakan meliputi titik koordinat puskesmas yang diperoleh dari Dinas Kesehatan Kalimantan Tengah dan batas administrasi resmi Kabupaten Seruyan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai ANN sebesar 1,27 dengan z-score 1,80 dan p-value 0,07 yang mengindikasikan pola persebaran cenderung tersebar renggang (dispersed) meskipun belum signifikan kuat secara statistik. Titik mean center berada di Kecamatan Danau Seluluk, menunjukkan pusat gravitasi distribusi fasilitas berada pada koridor tengah wilayah. Sebaran spasial didominasi orientasi utara–selatan mengikuti struktur morfologi administratif, sehingga wilayah Seruyan Hulu dan sektor pesisir timur teridentifikasi sebagai area dengan potensi keterlayanan rendah. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pemerataan spasial fasilitas belum optimal sehingga terdapat kebutuhan evaluasi perencanaan lokasi layanan kesehatan berbasis akses spasial.
