Transformasi Profesi Guru SMA di Era Society 5.0: Dari Knowledge Transmitter menuju Learning Experience Designer

Perkembangan teknologi pada era Society 5.0 menuntut transformasi peran guru Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dari sekadar knowledge transmitter menjadi learning experience designer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan peran profesional guru SMA dalam merancang pengalaman belajar yang inovatif, interaktif, dan berbasis teknologi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur dengan menelaah berbagai jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan laporan penelitian terkait pedagogi digital, kompetensi guru abad ke-21, serta implementasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di pendidikan menengah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan adanya pergeseran paradigma dari teacher-centered learning menuju student-centered learning, di mana guru berperan sebagai fasilitator, perancang pengalaman belajar, serta pengelola lingkungan belajar digital melalui pemanfaatan platform pembelajaran daring, media interaktif, gamifikasi, dan pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan, kreativitas, dan literasi digital peserta didik. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan pendidikan di era Society 5.0 sangat bergantung pada kesiapan guru dalam mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik digital, kreativitas, serta kemampuan desain pembelajaran adaptif, sehingga diperlukan pelatihan berkelanjutan, penguatan literasi digital, dan dukungan kebijakan pendidikan untuk memperkuat transformasi profesi guru secara berkelanjutan.
