The journal is committed to preserving published content and maintaining long-term access to the scholarly record. Jurnal Akuntansi Neraca identify the digital preservation services or institutional repositories used for archiving and explain the procedures for maintaining access if the journal website becomes unavailable.

Jurnal Akuntansi Neraca utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration
